Can I cancel the agreement?
ThinkSmart agreement is a fixed term commercial contract. If you cancel, you must pay out the balance of the agreement.
How do I make my monthly payments?
Monthly payments are directly debited from either your credit card or your nominated bank account.
What happens at the end of my agreement?
At the end of your agreement, you can simply choose to update to the latest technology, continue leasing the equipment you have, return the equipment, or have the option to buy it at "market value" **
What is Fair Market Value?
It's the price you'd expect to pay for your equipment in the market place.
What is the duration of a ThinkSmart contract?
Either 3 or 4 years.
What is the interest rate?
The agreement is a lease agreement, not a loan of agreement or hire purchase agreement therefore, what you pay is a monthly lease payment for the equipment not interest.
Why is Leasing a better option?
Because it's good for your cash flow and saves you money by spreading the cost of your equipment over its useful life.
