ThinkSmart Limited (ASX:  TSM) (“the Company”) advises that Mr Steven Penglis, who has been an independent non-executive director of the Company since July 2000, and Chairman until 2007, retired from the Board at today’s Annual General Meeting.  The Board and management acknowledge and thank Steven for his outstanding and considerable contribution and guidance over an extended period of time.

A Final Director’s Interest Notice (Appendix 3Z) is attached to this letter.
