QuickSmartTM is the patented proprietary system that creates significant value for retail partners, maximises operational efficiencies for ThinkSmart and drastically improves customer experience. It allows a customer to be pre-approved online within minutes 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This pre-approval is then processed in the retail environment via a web portal. This not only supports the retailer multi-channel strategy, it expedites the order fulfilment process. If the customer is not pre-approved prior to entering the store, the finance application can be easily performed in-store via the web portal.
ThinkSmart is continually developing and evolving QuickSmartTM. The short-term development road map includes the ability for the customer to be approved and their order fulfilled completely online.
