SmartCheck is used by both ThinkSmart’s processing call centres and also its web-based applications system which enables the customer to apply for finance either online from their home/office, over the phone, or at a retailer with approval deliverable in minutes; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The SmartCheck system is a multilingual system that is seamlessly transferable into any country around the world.
In recognition of its innovation, ThinkSmart has been a recipient of the Australian Business Award at the Australian Information Industry Association’s iAwards, has won the Western Australian Information Technology and Telecommunications Awards, and has also been a finalist in the European Retail Solutions Awards.
